Refund Policy

7-Day DOA Product Guarantee

You will enjoy this guarantee if you receive a damaged, wrong or unusable item.Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package for a return authorization.

Once the product has been returned to our designated address, we can ship you a new item for free (we will refund the shipping cost of your return), or you can opt for a full refund.

30-Days No Condition Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand-new condition, according to our warranty policy, if it is not related to product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to pay the return shipping cost. You will need you to check with the courier of Postal service and pay for the shipping cost firtly before shipment. Once we received the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (we will not cover the shipping cost from and to Earphoneca warehouse). You can email us at earphonecart@gmail.com and we can provide you with the address to our warehouse where you can return the product.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a return authorization.  (confirmed by shipping tracking history)

Notes:

Return requests made within 7 to 30 days of the order being marked as delivered will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it.Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

We may refund you for the following reasons,

Returned items due to the policy of returns once we get them.
Order cancellation
Other reasons.

If you paid by credit card, It will arrive to you within 7 working days usually. The time will depend on the bank handling time. If you pay by PayPal, It will arrive to you within a few hours. If you didn't get the refund during the above lead times, write us to check the reason.

The refunded amount may be slightly different from your original national currency payment due to Currency Exchange rates varying, Earphonecart is not responsible for the difference.

There may be a transaction fee deducted by your bank when the order is canceled or refunded fully or partially, Earphonecart is not responsible for this if your bank charges you any additional fee.

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE)

● Goods with obvious signs of use;
● Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts;

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank.There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
