Q: How long will it take to receive the order package?

A: We will ship your package by AliExpress Standard Shipping. It takes about 10-25 business days to arrive in most countries. Different countries need different times. Due to strict local customs 

inspections, shipping times may be extended in some countries. Please be patient with your package.

About after-sales

1. If you receive a defective product, please take a video or photo of the product you received and send it to our 

customer service, they will  sincerely solve the problem for you.

2. If you want to return the package, please contact us within 2 days after receiving the package and inform us of the 

reason for the return.  All returned merchandise must be returned with its original packaging and accessories. The customer will be responsible 

for the shipping  cost of the return. We will refund you when we receive the returned item.

3. Since the package is long-distance transportation, sometimes the logistics company will lose the package on the way, if you do not receive your 

package within the  delivery time, please contact our customer service. In the event that a lost package is confirmed, we will contact you to 

arrange for a resend of the package or to issue a refund to you.
